12.31.09 Year end sales: With the help of our dedicated staff, we are
pleased to announce RugMedic.com sustained a double-digit increase
of 11% compared to 2008. Notable figures were obtained through
increased revenues from our carpet & area rug cleaning division, and
also our floor sales division.

12.12.09 Christmas Party: This years Christmas party was a huge
success! All but 3 employees were present. Employees enjoyed an
evening of eating AND racing go karts at Chicago Indoor Racing.

12.3.09 Growth: October and November sales grew an incredible 52%
and 105% respectively. Largely due to the addition of the Vortex carpet
cleaning truck we added this year, and also the increased flooring sales
in both new carpet, new hardwood & new tile.

11.17.09 Tile Flooring: Our tile programs are now coming with micro
ban antimicrobial technology. In today's world, it's just one more line of
defense against viruses which makes a difference.

10.26.09 New Employee: A blast from the past... Long awaited arrival
of John N. our newest sales manager. John comes to us with 22 years
experience in the flooring industry. Welcome aboard John! ...just in time
for our holiday company outing.

9.29.09 ADDED ACCOUNT: We have successfully won a bid for the
Ethan Allen Stores in the entire Chicago-land region. After rigorous
negotiations and bidding, the flooring in the Ethan Allen stores will be
maintained by our firm. Maintenance includes, but not limited too,
installation, repair, stretching cleaning & possibly new carpet sales every.

9.21.09 NEGOTIATIONS: We're in negotiations to service all ten (10)
Ethan Allen furniture stores in the Chicago & suburbs.

9.11.09 Head to Head carpet cleaning: Today, RugMedic had the
opportunity to clean carpet head-to-head against Stanley Steemer. The
customer (Nadia M. of Aurora) saw the difference in service, quality and
professionalism and selected RugMedic.com at double the price. We
offered to place duct tape down the middle of the room and see who got
the carpet the cleanest... Stanley Steemer literally drove away. As soon
as they saw our Vortex carpet cleaning machine, they knew right away it
would be impossible to win.

8.25.09 HANDS DOWN: Time and time again, we get customer and
fellow carpet cleaners wanting to view our Vortex carpet cleaning
machine when it's operating. The Big Red Truck definitely draws a
crowd when we're at a customer home, possibly from it's sheer brute
power, size and attention getting stance. We've had ZERO customer call
backs since we've started utilizing the Vortex and drying times are about
an hour or less. The carpets are all fresh water rinsed with 290 degree
water, leaving ZERO sticky residue & maximum cleaning power which
means ZERO call backs

7.3.09 New Employee: Another warm welcome for Linda L., our newest
receptionist. She comes to us with accounting experience, excellent
communication & phone skills. We're glad to have her with us. Linda is
able to work off site when it's needed.

6.26.09 GRAND RE-OPENING: Our continued growth and requests from
our new carpet customers has enabled us to open our carpet cleaning
division. Special thanks out to everyone who supported our return
venture into carpet cleaning.

6.9.09 A warm welcome to Bill S. a lead technician who used to work
with us 4 years ago. Bill was called out to help with flooring installation
after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. Unfortunately, when he came
back a year later, his position was taken. Fortunately, a spot is open for
him now. Welcome back Bill !!

5.26.09 Our firm is currently in negotiations to purchase our 4th vehicle.

4.15.09 We've added smiley faces to the front fender of our trucks to
represent our courteous technicians. Everyone seems to like the smiley
faces, so we decided to add them from now on to all our trucks.

3.31.09 Growth: Our continued growth for the month of March is a
staggering 76% increase over March '08. We feel it is a result of our
customers who simply want to repair their carpet, which is alot less
expensive then purchasing New Carpet. The recent floods and
excessive rain has also contributed to our sales growth.

3.19.09 New Vehicle: We've added a new Ford E250 service van to help
service our Northern Illinois territory. Special thanks to George & Val Y.
for their efforts and making this vehicle possible for our Naperville
location, and also driving the vehicle up from the El Paso TX location.

2.20.09 Addition: We welcome our newest corporate account, St.
Alexius Hospital, located in Hoffman Estates. Thanks out to Jim and Pat
for their help; we're glad we've been given a chance to earn their trust.
This is our 2nd largest Hospital on our roster (Edwards Hospital is 1st)

2.6.09 Growth: Even in our poor economy, our firm experienced a 51%
increase in Jan '09 (typically our slowest) and have decided to add
another truck to accommodate the spring rush (arriving March/April).
We believe people are fore-going new flooring and simply repairing what
they have.
