IF YOUR CARPET & PAD ARE STILL WET:
If your carpet has been wet for more then 48 hours, we recommend
replacing the padding. Once we arrive, we immediately dispose of
your padding and get the area ready for new pad. Once it dries (3-5
days), we'll return to your home and install brand new pad and move
your furniture back in its place. After padding has been installed, we
clean & sanitize the carpet for you with our Vortex truck powered
cleaning machine.
IF YOUR PADDING HAS BEEN REMOVED:
If the padding has already been removed and you would like us to
install new padding, we'll need a sample of padding sent to us in order
to match it up.
